Security is our core foundation. For our Enterprise Cloud users, all router IPs, usernames, and passwords are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Our company developers, support staff, or any third party cannot access or read your sensitive network data.
For our Single ISP users, absolutely no data is transmitted to the cloud. Everything, including your router credentials and configurations, is stored 100% locally and encrypted on your own machine's hard drive.
Engineers added by the Master Admin will never see the raw passwords of any routers. The passwords are masked and processed silently in the background for 1-Click Winbox/SSH execution.
